Registering a copyright with the United States Copyright Office (USCO) generally gives you the ability to enforce your rights against those who wrongfully use your Copyrighted works. Moreover, registered works may be eligible for statutory damages and attorney's fees if successful in litigation.

Federal copyright application prepared by a specialized attorney
Application electronically filed with the USCO within one (1) business day**
Review of all information submitted to ensure that it is complete and error-free before submission
Upload and/or submission of required deposits to perfect the registration of your Copyright
Status reports regarding the progress of your registration
Responses to Procedural Refusals issued by the USCO
*This legal fee does not include the USCO filing fee which is $35 for electronic filings and $50 for paper filings.
**All Copyright applications are filed electronically unless special circumstances mandate that they be filed on paper via U.S. Mail.
Note: Our Standard Package does not include responding to Substantive Refusals, Opposition Proceedings, or Litigation concerning your rights in the claimed work. When appropriate, our services can be retained at an hourly rate to represent you in the event such additional matters arise.
